You've got a lot on your plate.
You are supposed to be happy right? You always wanted to be a mother, shouldn't you be happy? Instead, you are exhausted, anxious, depressed, crying all the time, and so far, far away from the vision you had for yourself and motherhood. You feel like you must project this image that you have it all together and that every moment of motherhood is full of joy, but it isn't. And, if you are like most women, you also must juggle multiple roles - caretaker, provider, giver. Worst of all, it feels like this big fat secret you need to keep, you can't let anyone know how hard it has been.
It's ok to ask for help.
No matter what stage you are in your motherhood journey, it's ok to ask for help. It's ok to admit you are overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, and that you are not ok. It's ok to admit that you not sure what to do to feel better or like yourself again.
It's ok to talk about it.
